You are  invited to attend the first event in 2018 of the International Arbitration Series, a joint initiative of the CIArb Australia and Federal Court of Australia. To be held in Melbourne, the seminar will be broadcast across Australia via the FCA court network.  

Chaired by The Hon Justice Tony Pagone, the event will commence with  CIArb Australia President, Caroline Kenny QCdelivering welcome remarks before  a distinguished panel will discuss various topics on  Jurisdictional challenges in international commercial arbitration.  This will be followed by a Q & A session chaired by Justice Pagone. Drinks and canapés will be served at the conclusion of proceedings (in Melbourne only).
